As weird as it may sound we haven't started a corner that short in a long time. We like tall corners (Hawkins is 6'0, Peterson is 6'1).

And he also is the exception to the recent trend of CBs...and it's not like he's 5'9.

I thought Jai was closer to 5'9 or less than the 5'11 he is reported to be.

He's definitely one of our bigger in-state targets. Alabama isn't stacked with talent this year and its crucial we get all the best ones. If he signs with LSU, it would be huge

Regardless, he's a top Alabama recruit. All the BS that Bama has talked this past recruiting season, I can tell you that rope would be in high demand for suicides in Alabama if Patton ends up at LSU. Either that or Alabama or Auburn "never wanted him."
