in my cousin, James Stampley. I'm not sure if he's in a roster or anything, so I don't know the specifics. He's 5' 10" 240 lbs. He was 225 but the coaches told him to gain weight. He walked onto the football team and the coaches love him already. He already outlifts just about the whole team.. including the linemen and he told me that the football team has ragged on him saying his build isn't "normal". They're convinced he's on steroids..but he's not Earlier today, he told me that he's the coaches favorite for fullback, and he said all that's left for him to do is 'bust some heads' in the spring and get ready for fall.

Baker High School, Baker, La

He also is still on the LSU power lifting team I think.

Also, if it helps he told me he's going to be doing alot of blocking next year. And I envision ridley might do more of the running? I guess there's no telling.

he will never see the field, but it is quite an honor to be able to take the field on a saturday night after helping the team out as a squadman

fullback is a position that takes time to develop in. i hope allen strives and i'm sure he'll get a look, but i dont know if he can handle the responsibilities that fullback requires. i hope he can but we will have to wait and see

Yeah the next few months will definitely decide that. He's already proven his physicality, but the next few months will definitely show if he has what it takes to play that spot, and he told me he's ready to go. I'll definitely keep you guys updated.

Really? I played it and it's definitely one of the easiest IMO.

Always nice to see family bragging on one of their own.

Allen is one of the most highly recruited and respected FB's to come into LSU in a long time, he'll be just fine.

see in a powerlift meet he benched 335, squatted 500, deadlifted 555..... good numbers but no where near 1st in his division.
