I didn't study it thoroughly but a quick scan shows maybe only USC having more (I counted 12).

I don't think we've heard yet. I noticed that Jordan Shipley who has been granted a 6th year and plans to return to Texas is listed as well, so probably shouldn't read too much into that.

Who do we think will actually get drafted? I know it is too early to speculate before the pro days and combine, but WTH not?
Beckwith, Byrd, Johnson & Johnson get drafted, I don't know enough about Helms or Taylor. I'd say that Favorite, RJF, and Alexander will be lucky to a late round look.
