Which play from yesterday's game sticks out the most to you?

For me it was Alem completely destroying his lineman to break up what I think was a 4th down play (may have been 3rd). He pushed the guy a good 3-5 yards back and even shoved him into the ball carrier to assist on the tackle.

How about his brother saving a touchdown on the first drive

The first play from scrimmage. As soon as Scott busted somewhere around a 15 yard run, I knew this was going to be a rout.

Not one play sticks out, but the entire play of the special teams. Wow they did a heck of a job. On side kick, fake punt, and coverage of all kicks . Number 13 kept alot of my attention. The whole team did a great job, and my congratulations go out to them to personify the quality that I knew they had before the season.

The on-side kick where the kicker got nailed forcing him to fumble the ball. Heck of a hit. Awesome on-side kick though.

CJ's break up of the pass in the endzone on the second play from GT. If GT scores this is a completly different game. We still win, but the outcome is much different.

Charles Scott's first 2 TDs (pick one) where he ran right up the middle untouched when GT knew it was coming. Our O-line was so much bigger and stronger than GT's D-line that the game really wasn't all that fair.

I also liked Rece Davis's call at one of the breaks (see my sig quote).

The best play was Jefferson left hand toss to Charles Scott (flat out rediculously special)....

The GT guy had the ball in his hands and CJ busted it at the last possible nanosecond. It seemed to me it was really that close. But you're right, if they had scored (on a two-play drive fer Chrissakes!), you could probably hear the moaning and groaning from Tiger fans all across the South—"Here we go again." That really would've made the team much tighter and fearful of another debacle. It was just good that we got through the first quarter with a lead and no offensive explosions from GT.

The whole team played wonderful...They
didn't even look like LSU has looked
and struggled this whole year. Congratulations
to the Tigers a great start for 2009.
