The LSU Tight End suffered a dislocated finger that kept popping out each time he caught a pass this season?

Had no idea. I think he's a great TE, I now just respect him more.

This is one instance where keeping an injury secret can actually hurt a guy's perceived value.

May just swept under the rug Lee's finger that popped out every time he threw a pick 6.

i certainly didn't know. i'm not saying this applies, but this is one reason why fans need to watch what they say when it comes to criticizing players and coaches because we will never know the full scope and problems of a situation. wouldn't it have sucked if he got booed for dropping passes, but in reality, he should be applauded for sticking it out for the team. its a stretch but you can figure out where im heading with this.

maybe a couple of times during the season, but each time he caught a pass? if it was that bad, he shouldnt had been put on the field.

Why was he playing? Yeah, how corageous of him, bull shite!!! Some one healthy should have been in the game. By the way, how do we know this is even true.

Caleb Angelle who is a SR. and a list of freshmen. I don't know if they are better, but would you rather have a player w/an injury which hinders him from catching the ball. We are supposed to be deep w/talent, you think someone couldn't step in.

sorry buddy, this is the one position we couldn't. there is a reason angelle doesn't get on the field. you can't just stick an inexperience senior who's career role is backup special teamer or freshman in the middle of a sec game. thats how you get your qb or rbs hurt.

I will give him a pass for some of the drops, but couldn't Henson put in a TE that wasn't injured? A broken finger is a rather big deal when it comes to catching a football.

Maybe you could suggest a replacement. It was common knowledge, prior to the season, that we had no quality depth at TE.
