I recently lost my job and I have to roll my 401K from my previous employer into a IRA.
is there any one in particular that yall would suggest?

I don't want to get picky over words but I don't think you have to but probably want to. Unless your previous employer went out of business you can leave it with them while you do your research. Even if they went out of business they are most probably using one of the large national firms to manage the funds.
I like Vanguard and Fidelity. They can put you in almost anything you could want.

Vanguard is great; I don't pay any fees with them on my IRA.

put it in Fidelity...in fact, everyone move their money to Fidelity! I'm sure the increased assets can't hurt when bonus time comes around, and if you invest in any of the funds I work with it'll give me even more work to do. Awesome.
