Does anyone know if LSU is planning to close in the North and South endzones, making the capacity aroung 105,000 or more??

One or two more seasons like this one and it will probably be a moot point for some time to come.

I heard they are gonna tear it down and build the new track stadium over it. The new Tiger Stadium will be built on River Road.

I sent Herb an email a few days ago asking him many questions regarding the future and improvements to Tiger Stadium and I asked this question as well. When I get the response I'll let ya know.

Another 7-6 season (bowl loss) and we can dismantle the new upper deck.

The South end zone closure would be for loge seating which would add about 5000 seats at the most. It would free up some tickets in the stadium. I think the current Tiger Stadium will never hold more than 97,000.
That is not bad for a state that has such a small population compared to Pennsylvania, Fla., Texas, Ohio and Michigan (and even Georgia)
