Best vegetarian options in New Orleans?

Specifically places that have multiple vegetarian options? Have a friend coming in town around the holidays, would like to take her someplace with multiple choices for once.

I'm a vegetarian and went to Tony Moran's for my birthday. It's italian so there were a few meatless pasta dishes. It was really good.

Most of your good restaurants will work up something for you even if there is nothing specifically listed on the menu.
The best one that I know of is Bayona. The usually have something on the menu and are more than willing to make up other things based on what the diner likes.
