Wow.

I'd go with Rondo or Durant (Durant's kind of obvious though so I threw Rondo in there).

I originally had the thread titled with non-starter. I guess I should have asked for a player coming off the bench.

Ju Ju isn't even going to get on the court if MoPete, Posey, and Sual keep playing at their current levels.

Scott doesn't like inexperienced kids prone to turnovers.

Rudy Gay
OJ Mayo
Derrick Rose
Wilson Chandler
Jordan Farmar
Nate Robinson
Travis Outlaw
Rodney Stuckey
Leon Powe
hell even Brandon Bass is bringing more to the table than wright.

I know Gay is already an established star, but you could definitely consider him up and coming. Lots of players you can say are up and coming...People say that CP3 is an established star, but Andrew Bynum is from the same draft class and I consider him to be up and coming.

If referencing solely bench players then everyone on the list applies except for Mayo Gay and Rose...

Wright will never be much more than an energy guy in the NBA I don't think...nothing wrong with being an energy guy, teams need those. They ignite the crowd, trigger runs, etc.

in the sense that he is a good player and still has alot of developing to do...

say, like, for instance grow some nuts and be a leader. or not be so "indecisive" with the ball. i think he's a pretty passive player/person by nature and he needs to get over that.
