agreed. We have at least 20 on our 2500acre deer lease. We cannot feed corn at all. If we do, we have 1-4 bears under each feeder.
We have had bears drag off a doe and a pig that were dead in our food plots in the last 2 years.

They busted the jerk that used to run my old club setting trotlines for deer. I was not surprised when I heard.

That is SOP. Had they prevented the bears deaths the penalties would have been drastically less.
People stealing from employers are routinely allowed to continue to build a stronger more lenghy jail term. SOP
Them being busted punished severely is considered a good deal for the game population as a deterint to them and others.
