I can never remember it staying up this long without any forecast of dropping. Im young, so any of our older and wiser OB'ers remember a summer like this?

I know it sucks. Been hearing random good reports around Henderson but nothing around my camp. SOAB is supposed to rise again this week.

I usually pay attention to the Pelba gage and the average level last year was around 10 ft. For this year it's almost 15 ft. I had much better luck fishing last year than I have this year in Henderson.

We've had a camp on belle River since 77, this is pretty rare from the projections I've seen. This is good for the fish, tons of crawfish for them to eat and lots of swamp to hide and grow. Hopefully clears out some grass. But this fall should be stupid.

When the water starts falling I'll be working the hell out of the drains.
