I went to the Tulane Engineering Forum today and listened to the coastal wetlands restoration speeches, Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council, The new 2017 Comprehensive Master Plan for Sustainable Coast (this replaces the 2012 Master Plan), the Coastal Protection Restoration Authority, and on and on.

It is so obvious all these experts and authorities are jumping on the bandwagon and stuffing their pockets with grant money and don't give a damn about actually implementing coastal restoration projects.

The bureaucracy they are creating to suck up all this restoration grant money is truly shameful. It is a scam. This your government at work.

I hear this same crap every year at this forum. With all the money these 'EXPERTS' are diverting to their pockets, there won't be any money left to actually fund projects.
