Vines is 2.25 a lb finished product for Smoked Sausage.Thats not bad and definitely no re dick u lus.


Teets makes a damn fine sausage.I didnt know they did deer as well.

I love that stuff. First time I ever dropped a deer at a processor by myself I was in high school and didn't really know too much about it. Had 2 deer quartered and backstraps and told them to make it all into summer sausage. I think the bill was around $800 when my dad went and picked it up. He wasn't happy

Double D makes excellent italian sausage. The jalapeno cheddar and smoked are good too. Prices are really good. I brought in 28 lbs of de-boned meat and got back 38 packs of smoked sausage for $51

Price is relative. I put up 75lbs of smoked sausage I made for less than $30 in ingredients. And I'd bet you couldn't tell the difference in mine and vines,Verons, all the rest.

Fortenberry's is very good in carrier miss.
D D does my ground hamburger meat 70% deer 30% ground chuck
Service Meats makes the best Italian I have ever had made it kicks DD arse the owned is Italian!
Fortenberry's greenonion with pepper Jack cheese is very good!
