I started reloading in 2006. I stopped when I went off to college and my dad got into it hardcore. I haven't needed to load my own since then.

And that is how it's done.

ETA: I need to pick up a chronograph any suggestions?

I've had an Oehler Research Model 35 close to 25 years. Mine's the non-proof model, but I'll prob upgrade to the proof version in the near future. I once had a problem w/ the cable somehow getting cut, but it's up and running again. In the meantime I borrowed a friend's Shooting Chrony. In an evening sun that's setting, my Oehler works an extra >30 after his Shooting Chrony has stopped running. Oehler is the gold standard and brought the chronograph to the recreational shooter. Yes, it's more expensive than the rest, but I think it's money well spent. In addition, they've got great customer service. They'll even give you one free skyscreen if you shoot one w/ a bullet.

I don't have any personal experience w/ it, but the Caldwell chronograph looks interesting and has an app available to use w/ an iphone.

I've been handloading 35 years or so. My only press is the Lee Classic Turret i bought when i first started. Don't have any idea how many die sets I have. Using handguns, I've killed deer w/ 14 different calibers and 20 different bullets, all w/ handloaded rounds. Don't remember the last time I killed game w/ a factory round. My handloading is mostly for rifles or specialty handguns (XP-100's, Strikers, Encores and Contenders), but I have loaded for revolvers and semi-autos in the past.

I find it relaxing. It also adds a special twist to my hunting experience. In addition, most of the rounds I shoot are not loaded by the factories. Research your loads carefully, use a good handloading manuel, take your time and be careful. Always load from your notes, NOT from your memory. Remember, the rounds you're loading are basically a controlled bomb and are inches away from your hand(s) and very close to your face/eyes.

Yeah, I reload. Just wish prices would come down to what they were 10 years ago.
