Unsure of whether I'm looking for 4x4 or 6x6 yet. Probably leaning 6x6. Need a couple to replace fiberglass columns in front porch. Possibly a couple more for the backyard.

Doesn't need to be reclaimed. Can be fresh cut. Suggestions?

Oh and more importantly, what can I expect to pay?

I bought mine from Satterwhites log homes in Longview. They had the best price I could find. Since I was buying 4-10" posts, 6-8" posts and 2500 linear ft of white aspen it was worth the drive

Not sure where you located but these guys can cut you anything you need. We use them from time to time and have no complaints.
