The weed and feed products work well in a healthy lawn...their intent is to stimulate root growth that will coke out weeds.
I'd say its to early...wait til new growth emerges, wait another 2 weeks and then hit it. Ideally soil temp needs to be above 60 or 70

Have patience. Grass needs water, nutrients, and sun. Not much sun and warmth right now. Don't overdo the fertilizer and burn it back again
