What's a good mileage range on a 10+ year Z71?

Looking to get rid of my '10 Tacoma to upgrade to a full size pick up. Just don't want to pay the price for a newer one. I'm thinking a 2000-2006 range GMC or Chevy. Only thing is I know the mileage will be high. How high is too high?

120 is great imo

Over 150k,and you're in the range for a new tranny

Be selective and you'll find it. I found several. Bought a 2002 f150 fx4 with 115k miles on it.
Another option you can look into the avalanches. They would be considerably cheaper and are full size and you can get the z71 package on em.

I bought my first truck an 05 Z-71 at 156 lasted me 4 years and I got another 100,000 out of it. Great trucks but the front ends are a pain.

Go to auto trader. Input the specs you want. Open the search range to 500 miles. Sort results by lowest miles. Buy said truck. Be happy.

My old man has 280k on a 2000 5.3L. Replaced transmission at 200k, no other major problems.

I've got an '04. I'm at 160k. Only issue I've ever had was the starter, alternator, water pump, and the rear main seal.
The seal was the only thing I would consider extraordinary. My front end does squeek a little bit, but it doesn't bother me that much.
