Membership is $2000 a year and includes: 1,700 acres 2+ acre lake that I've been told is well stocked 2 bedroom house that is fully furnished (beds, drinks, canned food) Great deer for this part of North Ga. Food plots are maintained by an outside company year round. Stands are claimed by a board system Minimum kill size will be discussed after membership is full but I've been told it'll be more of a trophy scale. Guests must be approved prior to coming and are only allowed to take does. 10 member limit
-- Does your membership cover family members?
-- I like clubs that allow guests, it gives someone who may not otherwise have an opportunity to hunt the opportunity, guest fee's especially charging them extra for killing something when you invited them is stupid. We have a log book where guests have to be signed into during the day of the hunt, you can't bring the same guest more than 2 times. A 10 member club should be able to regulate guests, if you are paying 2G you will probably be selective of who goes - also no guests opening weekend, and Thanksgiving week/wknd. Those times are for members and family.
-- if you are a meat hunter and like to keep your freezer full for the year a trophy scale place may not be right for you

I like having my own stand, even if it's not the best stand on the property (it is )
Where do you hang your camera if you dont have your own stand?
Besides, i like to be the last one there, so i'd never kill anything.

Each stand has a camera located near it. Including many other cameras throughout the property.

Haha, I'm that guy mainly too. But with all the property there's bound to be more than just 2 or 3 good stands right? Like I said I've never had access to this much land so I don't know. I am going to ask about climbing stand and how they will work into everything.

the only club i've ever been in had predetermined stands, 2 per person. It was okay if you chose a good spot, but if not, you're screwed for long time.
This sounds like a pretty awesome place. I'm sure others will jump at it if given the chance, so i would be making my decision quickly.

Drawing stands or tagging your spot the morning of is the only way to go.
Everyone is equal. Everyone pays the same dues. Anybody can hunt my stand, I can hunt anyone elses.

Cool, if it has everything you want I would jump on it. Don't know much about Northwest GA hunting, we always hunt middle GA, but drive a lot further.
We lease for $10.5/acre so if y'all paid the same thing for 10 people it would be $1785 / ea so for a couple hundred more, you don't have to do food plots, buy stands, have a camp and a pond to fish, sounds good to me.
I do not like the guest rules, but where we hunt if you don't bring a guest you could easily be hunting by yourself, we don't put a lot of pressure on ours, we all have kids and can't make it every weekend.
