Annual bluegrass. Image will not kill it. is it in a lawn? If so what kind of grass?

Image for St. August yards different product than you listed. Atrazine will also work but applications can only be made twice a year.

Easiest thing to do is Simazine in November so you never see it

I don't even bother with that stuff...it dies out even before the turf grass comes out of dormancy.
fwiw, if you do decide to try to control it, you need to catch it before all of those seeds come out...may have at least one more round of it due to the seeds that are already there...
