What kind of dog is this

He is 70lbs and has webbed feet. He's about 1 year old

All dogs have some webbing. Some more then others. Good things about mutts, less health problems and live long lives.

That dog is more of everything.

Most of the guesses so far are what I'd figure. No way to know. I don't trust those DNA tests. You're likely to get a result saying this dog is part Pomeranian and part Belgian malanois

Looks like he belongs at the end of a 3ft chain in a backyard with no grass at the residence of a house that is located in a subdivision that was once nice but now has outlived its useful life.
