I don't eat lunch when I fish. I didn't even eat back when we fished all night club tournaments. Always looking for that bucket of chicken my partner was supposed to bring and didn't though.

Find some boudin grillers. Grill them the night before. Eat several, then put the rest in a gallon ziploc and store them in the fridge. Drop them in the ice chest before you go. They are fantastic cold.

Cold, leftover pizza. Vacuum seal it and go.

Vacuum seal seems like major overkill.

So....you quickly overdo it. Ziploc would be faster and the pizza would be easier to access, too.

Wraps with cold chicken with romain lettuce chopped walnuts and grapes.

Armbys makes one similar but I don't like their ranch sauce.

Cold, light, handheld, fresh ingredients

Calvins Chicken Salad Sandwiches! Order a party tray of 100 quarter sandwiches for somewhere around $30.00 ask them to put them in a metal tin rather then the party tray. You will not be disappointed.

This. But honestly, if I'm fishing inshore I'm back at the camp by 10:30. Fish or no fish.

ETA: Or liver cheese/olive loaf sandwiches on white bread with Blue Plate sandwich spread.

Growing up we would always eat cold fried chicken on the lake. We would stop at KFC and get a bucket right when they opened then head to the lake

Bring fajita tortillas instead of regular bread. Makes it a whole lot easier.

I go to subway and get a 12" club. Cut it up into 4 pieces and place in tupperware. I allow at least 2 pieces per person. When hungry pop out and eat the ready made sandwich. great tasting on the water.

I also like fried chicken but for whole pieces the skin flakes off all over the boat and is hell to clean.

Get the chicken tenders with coleslaw..

So when you get back from fishing, it's the chicken skin that has your boat dirty? You must be a bass fisherman?
