Seems like every time I'm not on site for a day. Usually Sunday. I pull up Monday morning to find mattresses, TV's, Christmas trees, etc. in my dumpster. I was thinking trail cam but don't those flash? Would a "no illegal dumping" sign really deter someone?

Sit in there and wait for them to show up. I really have nothing for you.

Some do, yes. Only problem I can think of is if you lock it, they'll just throw the shite out on the ground beside the dumpster. I'd get a locking dumpster, install Trail cam, get some action shots with clear pics of license plate, call the law when you have hard evidence.

Camp out and shoot them in the face when they come back. Throw body/bodies in the dumpster.

Guy down the street dumped his in a construction dumpster across the road from my house. You couldn't even step out of the house without gagging. When the contractor asked if I knew who did it, I pointed him out like a rat snitch.

I have a Superintendent that literally checks his dumpster before he leaves for the day and the first thing when he arrives in the morning. If he finds someone else's shite in his dumpster, he removes it and takes it back to them if he can find a name in their trash. He will also remove any dunnage that has been thrown in there during the day and keep it for wall blocking.

I've got a friend down BR way, said he threw trash in a store's dumpster, wasn't 30 minutes store owner was knocking on his door - found a receipt or something with name and address.

Have you considered chaining a bear to the dumpster?

Put a chain link fence up and around the dumpsters.
