Anyone have one that holds up? I have had three now. Every one has worked for a while, then something goes wrong with the sensor. Thanks for your recommendations.

Got a LaCrosse for my dad about 3 years ago. Seems to still be ticking.

I've had to reset my sensor several times which is kind of a pain in the as soon considering I have it screwed up about 10' on the side of my house. But have you tried that rather than buying new ones. Mine is a lacrosse.

Let me see if I can find it. There's a good chance the model is discontinued.

I have had a Lacrosse for at least 7 years. Change batteries usually about the second cold front every year they get too weak to transfer signal. Keep thinking it'll just quit any day. If it does I have zero complaint. Probably one of the best outdoor around the clock electronics I have ever had.

yes, and multiple sets of new batteries. I think the cheaper ones end up corroding inside.

HD is always a good ambiguous tagline as well.

How would these hold up in a saltwater environment? It would be cool to have this down at my camp

I would be worried. I would search for reviews discussing that issue.
