My high school senior history teacher taught us how to perform the rebel yell. It sounded exactly like this.

the south ran out of money (couldn't export or inport goods due to north blockades of our biggest ports see new orleans), ran out of supplies (guns, ammo, clothes, and food), and lost many a good man with a limited supply of citizens to pull from.

the southern generals were by far superior to the northern generals except for a few boneheaded moves the south had a smaller and less trained army but we shot straighter and had more courage than the yankees.

the only thing the yankees had was a far superior navy which helped them to control the ports and seas and effectively leave the south on their own depending on what was available and without any outside help.

the north also had the transportation of railroads and roads to help move troops and supplies while the south had little to no railroads and the rural areas had little access to roads or at least roads that were very good at that time but now the south is an abundance or railroads and roads and the infastructure in the south is established and in most cases in semi decent shape.

the north had all the manufacturing but the south had the cotton, tobacco, and other cash crops that the north covented and wanted to tax.

this day and age the tables would be turned the south has an extensive array of military bases and personnel and if you think they wouldn't fight for the south they came from you are mistaken.

we have an abundance of manufacturing with agriculture, textile, gun, ammo,liquor, and mineral production that would substain us through to the end this time.

Not to mention most nations see the USA as an advisary or just simpley get along with us because we could annihilate their asses if we wanted to so they would be more than glad to throw in with the south to help break up the unified and mighty USA.


Do I think it will ever happen (another civil war) probably not in my lifetime but you never know with obamer in office or depending on future presidents and their agendas.

You're making some huge assumptions btw. I like the South much more than the north, I have no intention of ever leaving. When I said "hicks," I was referring to trailer trash that goes to civil war reenactments and talks about "damn Yankees." The only people that think about north/South are southerners. I'm far from liberal btw.

Alright, I made inaccurate assumptions. My initial response was in no way referring to you personally. I didn't say anything about your purse. While we're on the subject of inaccuracies, since you say hicks are "trailer trash", I don't live in a trailer, nor am I trash. I also don't know of many "trailer trash" type individuals who could afford reenactments as a hobby.

the only way I will kill a buck under 6 points is if its in the last few weeks of the season and I am in need of some deer meat (I would prefer a nice big doe) or I haven't killed anything so far for the year.


Ive killed one spike and one button head once in my life and that was in my early/middle teenage years and I caught all kinds of hell.
