Yes most atv dealers sell used or repoed four wheelers. We bought a 04' Suzuki King Quad that was a year old for half the price it was when it was new and haven't had one problem with it. I would start with an atv dealer and if they don't have any I'm sure they could tell you where to look or even one of the employees might have one they would like to get rid of.

Louisiana Sportsman also has quite a few for sale on a regular basis in their classifieds. I think I bought my last one from an ad in it.

Ken's ATV in Robert, LA (Close to Hammond)
Had 2 family members buy ATV's from Ken's and were very pleased. Sells only used ATV's. Easy to get to from I-12.

im not sure about the financing part, but i bought a 2007 honda 420 rancher from Ken's two years ago and was very pleased with the process and have had no problem with the bike thus far
