Two Thumps Up for Burris Optics Customer Service

Hey guys,
I returned to Burris for warranty repair a well used Burris 3-12X handgun scope that could no longer be focused. I'm not sure how long I've had it, but it was not close to new by any means. In fact, I don't remember whether I bought it new, used from an individual or factory refurbished. Today (only 13 days since I shipped it) UPS brought me a package from Burris. Imagine my delight when I opened it up to find Burris had replaced my old scope w/ a newer 3-12X handgun scope. This scope looks brand new, although I guess it could be a display model. Although the defective scope had the plain duplex reticle, this one has the "Ballistic Plex" reticle, a definite upgrade. In fact, I once looked into the possibility of having one of my scopes changed to the "Ballistic Plex." This is only the third time I've had warranty work done by Burris and I've been pleased each time.

I've only used them once and they were awesome.

Great company.
