Yeah I know they're young but me and my brother only get to go hunt there once a year for a few days so we had to take what we could get..couldn't be too picky. We were guests on family friend property and they told us we could shoot 6 points or better or a doe

FWIW, the one on the left would be a decent deer where I hunt. No way it would be passed on by anyone on our proprety.

I will never forget the morning me and my buddy killed an 8 point each in MS.
Shots were within about 20 minutes of each other.

They both weighed around 180lbs. My brother shot the one on the left and everyone at the camp said they would have shot it. I hadnt shot a buck in 9 years so I was willing to take anything.

I can understand that. I didnt mean to harp on you, and im jealous because i havent gotten a deer this year.

You'd be hating if you hunted Tensas Parish, and let these deer walk all day. I can understand these guys' situation as they dont have much time to hunt, but if everyone would let those deer walk, places like Tensas Parish could look like Missouri. It has that kind of potential.
