Mazen's is on College St., right down the street from Darrell's.

You can literally order any thing on that menu and it'll be great.

Chicken in a brown gravy over rice with some green beans. Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from my parents garden.

New Black crown lager. It's pretty good.

Dr, I fricking love Crossfit. It is perfect for me because I hate working out by myself and I like how every workout is a challenge and I have people and trainers rooting me on and supporting me.

I know a lot of ER docs that love it.

But I've seen literature on it how its a lot of improper technique that leads to a lot of injuries when it doesn't need to.

Yep. And they push you to the max which leads to bad technique thus leading you to injuries.
