My buddy is looking for a four foot Tractor PTO tiller for $1000 or less. Anyone have one or know where he could find a used one?

under $1000 I assume he is looking for a used one? If going new I like my Woods rotary tiller TSR60.

Buy 6' so width is outside rear tractor tires Much faster and better outcome. Look at tractor supply but will run $2k but may find used one. Need min 30 hp to run it well

Be very careful buying used....at a minimum I would inspect the gear in the gear box....bearings are no worries, just make sure the gears are not worn too bad....extreme bind is put on the gears while tilling and attempting to make turns....we till straight, lift up and then make our turns....I've rebuilt our 6'er and the gear and shaft were 750.00 to replace and took me 6 months to find one cause mine was obsolete
