what u reckon the deal with that is?? never in my life have i seen it this bad... worried about my rabbit dogs come february

I caught one crawling on my hand one morning when I got to the stand. It was 28* that day!

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the temperatures. It's been a relatively mild winter.

Brought my dog to the camp last weekend..found five on him and my dad found one on his head wtf

kinda what i was thinking too, but we've had mild winters before and im pullin off ticks every time i go in the woods... had one lodged in my belly-button the other day, talk about painful gettin that fricker out!

yep in 6 different places.. warm and dry.. = many ticks...

I have 3 bird dogs. It has been bad every hunting trip, 5-10 ticks per dog per trip.

back in the late 80s.... a guy in our group on an overnight excursion into the never never lands of tidewater virginia.. had a tick crawl inside of his
urethra....

it hurt so much he contemplated cutting it off... he was both tough and crazy.....

having been in the room when the tick was removed... u don't ever want that to happen to you.. trust me..

He has had all his flea and tick meds..i think they gave him that lyme disease shot and not sure what else

Eta- hes an all white boxer and i hear they are attracted to white so it didnt really surprise me

well i use ivomec and never had any real tick problems, pull a few off here and there but i pull more ticks off myself than i do off of the dogs and the're all up in the briars and stuff so i guess thats true about the ivomec

Ill have to check into that thanks..he loves it out here so i hate having to leave him at home
