BigHoss is heating up some leftovers and then him, Redfish and I are going frogging. I would assume a beer or two, max would be consumed tonight...

Smoked wings

Silver bullets

Anyone got any good recipes for BBQ dry rub? I am going to smoke another batch this weekend and want to try something new.

Nothin crazy, but what I use when I cater. 1 cup coarse salt, 1 cup butcher grind black pepper, 1 cup Tony's, one cup granulated garlic, 2 cups paprika. Mix in a big bowl, pour through a funnel into a wide mouth quart mason jar. Fill up an empty seasoning bottle as needed.

Yea buddy. It's all about consistency and repeatability. Start gettin too crazy and there's more room for error. Focus on a good cook with simple ingredients and you're in bidness!

First time we've been down since May. Decided to get the corn feeders rolling, so 3 of us put out 150 bags of corn in some pretty serious heat.

Steaks and wine tonight

Gonna go for a booze cruise later to set the gamecams finally.
