Got $6000 for her two years ago. My daughter was very upset. She wanted it bad for her 16th.

Would post a pic, but then the OT would know who I was.
It was 20 years old with all brand new parts on it.
It was retired late last year because it flipped a couple of times with me in it. To save an old lady's life and then a couple of kids too.
This is a terrible thing to say, but in retrospect had I known the risk to the kids and my eventual injuries... I likely would have driven straight over her car.
I certainly couldn't do it again... Even if I was trying.

Don't have a picture, but:
'99 Ford Ranger 3.0 v6 with 5 speed manual.
Rolled her for 240,000 miles without a hiccup. Never changed a part outside of routine maintenance and normal tune-ups. She still purred like a kitten the day I traded her in. Took my time cleaning her out to spend a little more time with her before leaving with the new one.

Didn't sell it but regret letting this one get away.
Many years ago this was the first diesel our family owned. 97 F350 single wheel, 4x4 Crew Cab, 7.3 . We owned it from ~02-06 when my dad decided to sell it off and buy a 6.0. I was just out of high school and he offered to give it to me. At the time I was going to school, parking it there was a total bitch, I didn't have any use for a diesel, and as a bit of pride I didn't, and still don't, like people giving me things. Plus the job I had couldn't support a note at the time so buying it off of him was out of the question so he sold it off, fastforward 2 years and I ended up pretty much having to get a diesel. When sold it had 220,000 miles, still on the original 7.3. It ended up staying local and the guy ended up giving it to his kid who, from what I gather, beat the dog piss out of it for a couple years. Ended up running into the guy about 4 months ago and asked about the truck. He had sold it just a few months prior to a group of Mexicans, truck had 420,000 miles, still on the orginal 7.3. I had been keeping an eye out for it with the hopes of one day buying it back but it looks like that's out of the question.
I stole this pic from Facebook a long time ago. When sold the truck was super clean. Bummed I won't be able to ever own it again.

sorry no regrets on trucks. But, i had a '66 Mustang 289 when i was a teenager (18 years ago) that we spent probably $20k fixing up and was spotless. My dumb self traded it in for a single cab Ranger. Got $4500 for the mustang.

I've only sold two, and I was glad to see them both go.

Would post a pic, but then the OT would know who I was.
I had an 04 Tacoma during Katrina, and left my 99 sitting in my parent's garage in Slidell. Well, I guess you could figure out the outcome of that, but I kept trying to buy it back from GEICO, and they wanted like 60% of the value for it even though it was totalled . It really wasn't in too bad of shape, just wouldn't start and I didn't have time to work on it before all of our car claims got made
Eta:
99 Tacoma (white)
Std cab
2.7L 4cyl 5 speed
4wd
32x11.50 old BFG MTs
That thing was a beast in the mud, and I wasn't ever able to break it

Parents bought it for my nephew. They didn't give much choice in the matter. I love my new truck, but hate having a note.

Traded in a F-150 XLT on an Explorer.
Wish I still had that truck - my father in law has 1 model year older (1997), over 300k miles and is just now looking to get a new one - although he did get the lariat.
We live and learn.

10 yrs ago I posted to cars.com for $10,900 with 93,000 miles. Had 5 calls within 12 hrs. Sold in 1 day. I should've asked more.
I regret it.

Ol Blue, she was a damn fine truck. My first ever brand new vehicle. Lifted with 35" Kumho M/T, Ranch hands F&R, Camo seats, KC Lights, ect. Damn truck was a beast in the mud!!! Traded her in for a Tahoe for the ol lady before we moved to Texas
TT jr still chokes up when he talks about Ol' Blue, it's the truck he took his first several mud riding and hunting trips in. We had just finished muddin & cutting donuts in this pic, he was 3 and we were having a guys day. I think he misses it more than me

I had a 2005 silver F150 FX4 super cab. Wanted something with better gas mileage driving back and forth across the river and got a 2008 GMC with AFM.... dumbest decision ever. I'll see if I can find a picture.

That generation of Bronco was the last (only?) great American SUV.
