I will do that and yes, he went up 50. Not sure why, he hasn't done shite around my place.

He was supposed to put more limestone and gravel our little road and tear down that red camp in front of me last year when he went up on the lease and never did it. I have a feeling he is gonna try the $50/year thing until he gets a bunch of people raising hell.

I plan on contesting this one. I bought my camp in January and the lease was already paid. Shouldn't go up before I even paid my first payment. Give me a call tomorrow. 225-229-0639
