Studding a dog purely for a puppy

We currently have two male dogs. Both are of higher than average intelligence, perfect health for their breeds, and above average size.

I would love to have the elder sire a litter of puppies (registered American Bulldog) and then get a female to later be bred by the other male (a LGD).

I, and family, would keep the resulting litter.

Just have never done a stud service or anything before.

I'm pretty sure when you do a stud service you get to keep one or two of the puppies or you get paid for it I don't think you get to keep the litter unless you own the bitch

(I don't have any exp with it but I'm pretty sure it's some sort of arrangement like this)

Typically from what I have expiereinced the person with the stud gets pick of the litter or money. I don't think I have heard of anyone getting to chose where the litter goes. I would call some of the services to get a better idea.

It's a pit bull. Stick his pecker in a meat grinder before he chews a kid's face off.

You're an idiot. A bulldog is not a pit

Close enough. What constitutes a smart bulldog? Eats actual dog food instead of socks?

It's quite sad that the OB is becoming a training ground for the trolls scared of the OT and Rant.

Scared? What if I just don't like them?

You are right. I RAd. This isn't OB topic.

I believe there was some confusion.

Stud service for the first litter to get a female puppy.

I would later breed her with my other male to get a bulkier livestock guardian dog.

Was there a question in the OP that I missed?

It's a way of checking if anyone on the OB has a female american bulldog they wish to breed.

Actually got an email already on the randolivesforever account.

You are really clueless. Best to not do any breeding.

I've read your post several times and I still don't understand what your question is. Yes it is possible to stud your dog out for a puppy. Yes it is also possible to impregnate that puppy with another dog, thus resulting in more puppies

in the latter scenario you own both dogs so yes the litter would be yours

what am I missing?

The part where I was just looking for an owner with a female.

Then why not just ask that? You may be worse than a female.
