Spinoff Scope Sale Question: Vortex Crossfire II 4- 12x44 : Which Mount?

Ive been looking for a decent scope recently... And after seeing the reviews on the Academy scope clearance sale this week... I decided to buy one. Although I couldnt find it for $107 as priced in the stores, I did get the above scope delivered to my home at a total of $167.
Anywho... Here is my situation. I would like to put the scope i bought on a gun... But gotta pick one.
What my boys/i have access to hunt with: Rem .223 (youngest sons gun), Winch.308, SKS (NoScope),Winch 30-06, & Rem .270
Options to put the scope on:
- Ruger AR .223/5.56
- Tikka T3 .270
- Thompson Venture .308
-Ruger .270
Thoughts? Reasons?
Youngest son is 9. Other is plenty grown.
Edit: wife just called and my dad said all our guns fell in the lake.

Put it on the tikka, just because ,and you will hit what you are aiming for

Wanted someone to give me good reason for something else!
If I did, i will have - or would have had - the 2013 or 2014 DU Rifle of the Year for sale - Remington .270 and doubt I could find a buyer. Beaut of a gun tho! Ha

Damn shame about that lake accident, seems I have heard about quite a few guns drowning recently
