How much stock do you put in these? Fish bite almost clockwork within the time frames, but decided to try it with deer hunting. Any success stories?

I think humans have more influence than the moon.

Didn't do shite for me this week. But i did kill my biggest buck last year wearing a tee shirt in 75 degree weather at noon because I was out there at a solunar major time...

So, there's that.

It's the gold standard for hogs. Doesn't matter the time of day

Has been VERY accurate for us this year. Not so every year, but definitely this year.

I know people that swear by it and do well, and others that don't believe it and do just as well.

I try and hunt till 10-11 regardless and get back out there relatively early. I've seen more deer after the 9am hunter migration back to the camp than I ever thought I was missing out on.

I killed a big doe this past sunday at 4:30pm. Prior to that day they were coming out right at dark but for some reason they decided to come out 1 hr early. The minor period was 2:52-3:52pm that day. Perhaps the stretch hours and the hour before and after major/minor hrs should be considered.

I check it but I think once guns start going bang, 4 wheelers go vroom and truck doors slam at 5am, deer are smarter than we think and pattern our movement and adapt to our movement more than what the moon does.

Im convinced early season is good but the hot rut is where they dont give a damn about our movement and thats the best time to kill big boy.

interesting. I hunt at our family land so I don't have to contend with anyone in my immediate area, but I did hear several shots in any direction of me right around noon today, which was smack dab in the middle of the 4 hour "excellent movement" window. Did I see anything? Nope!

Going back out Sunday, and I'm just gonna get out there right before sun up which is the way I've always done it. Maybe there are some other variables I'm not considering.

I swear by the isolunar app and won't go to the woods or water on "one fish" days.

I just started paying attention to them this year and I really haven't seen where it makes much of a difference. The deer seem to get up and walk around whenever they feel like it.
