My brother-in-law is almost positive he had one hooked in Grand Lake, not the basin one, the one just off the Mississippi above 3 rivers. He has fished all his life and has caught many grinnels. he said this was different. It went air borne and wasnt the drab green like a grinnel. It broke him off before he could get it to the boat. July 4th weekend.

I've seen a lot of snakehead claims in LA, but they all turned out be choupique.

Only one I've seen was in St. Tammany, when I was working, and it was walking on the shore.

No clue man. All I know is that it is illegal to transport or possess them in Arkansas.
