You talking bout BP? Because, though it may be drastic, I think his views line up pretty well. All the talk bout killing shiny black labs with hunters orange collars was put in his mouth by y'all.
The owners of those types of dogs don't let them roam around after being warned... Twice.
He is obviously referring to the mixed breed, free roaming dogs that someone threw a collar on when they were puppies.
But, you being a lawyer, I intend on you having the last post in this thread.

I don't think that should be happen, but I believe if the intruder was unarmed, that's how it would go down.

If he shot someone that was unarmed and was not posing a deadly threat, he would be in jail... at least until it went to trial/ he posted bail.

An intruder doesn't have to be armed or threaten you physically. Are you telling me that if a 10 year old somehow got in your house at night you'll just shoot him?

The 10yr old kids brings up an interesting point. What if you're being robbed by a midget, or a gang of midgets, do you have the right to shoot them? Would you be in imminent danger?
