Guy out of Nola. He post regularly on Bayou Shooter and is very highly regarded. Cost is reasonable since computer programs and out of state attorneys are useless.

I second the recommendation of "Mouthpiece" on BayouShooter. He is very reasonable on price and everything can be done within 2 days by email and electronic transfer. The only problem I had was getting it notarized locally, but they have gun friendly attorneys that will do it for free.

I went to BS last night to look up his username, but forgot to come back and post it. Mouthpiece is the guy.

My notary in Denham will notarize anything for the money. Also, you don'tneed to bring the entire trust, just the last page to get notarized. I guarantee you that 95% of them don'teven know what the last page belongs to.

I was trying to give some benefit of the doubt but I assume your number is closer than mine.

Why? What are the advantages / disadvantages over applying straight away? Curious.
