I never understood why everyone didn't do it.

10 points get a big boost from the 2 extra points, and he looks like he may have decent to good width.

I would have said 6.5 on age but the score is to hard to tell with just those pics.

first thing i would ask about scoring a deer is the general location. for example, deer in s tx are a lot smaller, but they're proportional so it's easy to think a 120 class buck is in the 140s if youre not aware of the fact that a mature buck down there might be 150lbs.
im sure the same thing is true all over the country.
