Since the OB bought like 100 shields this past week. Hopefully, everyone is actually going to carry it at some point.

So what holster are you going with?

I was looking at the Trex Raptor Appendix. I'm looking at only carrying this gun on my front. If I'm carrying around back in just using the milt sparks g19 combo.

ETA: The Galco scout and CompTac 2 o'clock look pretty nice as well.

For apependox very low profile the phlster holsters are nice but I really recomend rigging it up with the wing.

If going for something a little beefier incogs are super nice as well and can run an extra mag carrier.

I carry my CM9 in an N82 holster. For a single stack it's ideal.

If I'm tucking in my shirt, my Shield goes in my AlienGear. Not tucking, RawDog Tactical Defender Pro.

Something about pistols pointing at my penis doesn't sit right with me

It's all mental...well unless you carry one of those Taurus shake'n shoot models.

Concealment express IWB. You can get it on Amazon for about 35-40. Have had it for about 6 months and love it.

How comfortable is the Aliengear with shirt tucked. I need a good holster where I can tuck my shirt in on occassion

I proudly support JM Custom, for AIWB he's one of the top guys in the industry, not some skinny jean wearing tactical cod piece kydex bender.

Been eyeing the Garrett Industries Silent Thunder for a while for my P938, but haven't pulled the trigger. Might go this route for the Shield knowing if I don't like it I could sell it easier.

Also looking at the Steath Gear mini as well for both. Thoughts?

Maybe it's me, but I think your choice has a lot to do with your body shape. I'm a skinny little shite, and I've carried the Shield for a good while. If I want to use an IWB made of the Kydex stuff, I have a Hawg which is a bit thinner, but the Sticky Holster is my favorite. But, like others I can't do the frontal carry. Too darn worrisome for me.

I find it very comfortable, and I have the first generation, straight leather. They've improved since then, so I imagine the latest ones are even better.

It needed some breaking in at first, so I wore it one day doing yard work and weedeating around the house. That one good sweat had it formed to me well.
