So has anyone been able to determine if a boat can be donated to a non family member and save the buyer from paying taxes?

Or as others said, sell the boat for an extremely small dollar amount?

Need to know asap please, if anyone knows. Might be buying a used boat from a private seller tomorrow.

Who's the cocksucker who sponsored this bill so I can write them a nice letter or give them a phone call?
Anybody got a name of the sponsers?

Buyer. taxes must be paid before you can submit paperwork to LDWF for registration.
