I’m dying to go and would love to see some pics of slabs. I’m going to try and go tomorrow afternoon or Friday.

Where at in SELA is a place to catch some? Only fresh water fishing I do is in the pond behind my house.

Coming back from Thibodeaux this afternoon there was a guy in a boat on the side of 20 East pulling in a white perch as I passed him.

5 of us made a haul to the Bend. Released all over 3lbs.

Once a bass reaches the 3 lbs mark, it has a real chance at becoming a lunker. It’s mouth is big enough to where it has a lot more potential forage. They have reached that size either by luck, or by being more aggressive and smarter than most fish. So it’s good to let them pass those traits on while continuing to grow.

Plenty places in tangipahoa parish, Amite, blind river, tchefuncte, bayou sauvage, bayou segnette, gauche, des allemans, lake boeuf, etc
