The feet come off the RTIC coolers EASILY. RTIC will not cover the feet under warranty and charge you 4 bucks per foot. The feet are also on back order. RTIC does not support their product RTIC 20. Had to reload mine with ice every single day. Does not hold ice well.

you must have been pretty pissed off at RTIC to join the website and dig up a 3 year old thread to make this post

got the 20 and the 65. During wintertime around BR and NELA, they held ice for a week with me opening it about three times a day. During summer, opening it every hour to get another beer out, the ice is gone in about 3 days in the 65 and one day in the 20. The 65 actually doubles as an overflow refrigerator when we're at the lake with a lot of people for a few days.

Durability is good. Dragged it around fully loaded on top of a spray-on bed liner and the feet didnt come off. Im not on a farm or the oil patch, but they get used a lot at deer camp, duck blind, and where ever. dont have problems. had the 20 fly off the back of a 4 wheeler bc I forgot to strap it down. stayed shut as it cartwheeled down gravel road. picked it up, strapped it down, kept moving. My Magpul sticker got scratched up and the beer was...shaken.
