I'm tying to clean and restore some bath faucets and hardware. I am pretty sure everything is stainless. Is vinegar and water the best option? You guys have any tips and tricks to get them looking new again?

Trying to prep my house to put on the market. So this is one of many things I need to do.

Mostly just full of hard water stains and some corrosion.

You're probably right. All I know is they're Kohler.

Take them off the sink and soak in 50/50 vinegar and water. You could also do a baking soda and vinegar bath to foam out some of it after the first soak.

Thanks. I'll try that. If necessary, I'll go pick up some CLR too.

You can get a lot of crud out with cheap pipe cleaners too. Soak, scrub, repeat.

I wouldn't try anything harsher than clr. It's not really stainless steel, it's just a finish, usually similar to a powder coating.
