Covering about 300' standard 6' privacy fence. Any recommendations on a local company?

Do it yourself. It's $7-8/ft to do it yourself, twice that to hire it out.

Scott Renovations. I do them often and the other poster is right. Easy to do yourself and if you look around in the covington/mandeville area prices are going to start around $15 per foot. I normally do them for $14

We used fence king. Not the best, but was the easiest to communicate with.

We didn't do anything extravagant or anything because we didn't plan to be here that long. Other than replacing one board, the fence has been pretty solid.

Yeah, all the renovation type things. Lol. We do most anything residential interior and exterior. (paint, sheet rock, flooring, vinyl and Hardie siding, decks, etc)

Like others have said, doing it yourself is worth it for sure.

Grab a few friends, buy them some pizza and beer.

Go to HD and rent a small auger, maybe a framing nailer or two. Buddy of mine did about that length with his father and father in law in a weekend with less equipment.

I never build them with less than 3. I just did an estimate for a big repair on a "reputable" fence builders fence yesterday, only had 2 perlings and they were nailed to the posts. Damn thing wasn't that old and was falling down. If you do it yourself please use 3 2x4x16 perlings and 3 1/2" screws to attach them to the posts.

Try M&R Fence Co. out of Kenner/LaPlace. Been in business for nearly 50 years. Family business. They do business on the north shore.
