Mike Frenette is top notch.

I asked this question and had several people recommend Capt Boola with Reeltite. Haven't been yet (going in late Oct) so no feedback other than his prices for all inclusive were about as good as it gets, and he'll fish 4 to a boat if you want to all be together. A lot of places max out at 3 for inshore.

I will give another recommendation for Jordy Bloodsworth. Works his arse off and puts people on the fish.
