Has anyone tried it for their dog? In the past I fed Evo but now I am experimenting with the BARF diet for my Cane Corso pup. The pup seems to be doing great with a beef, venison and chicken mix. Just wondering if anyone here has tried it and what the results where.

Just raw meat?

Dog should love it.

He should do good. That's what dogs were designed to eat.

May not be cheap.

It's not, but they do eat less because they digest so much more. It's not a push at all, but you can make a pound of raw go further than a pound of processed. Mix in a few sweet potatoes and they'll be happy happy happy.

Edit: they will also love raw chicken. I used to buy chicken thighs for my old lab. Fed her bones and all.

It's cheaper than Evo 60$ for 28#. I actually had to start feeding him less on the raw because the vet said he was growing too fast (8# at 6 weeks and 20 # at 8 weeks)

Don't be afraid of giving your dogs raw chicken bones. The chicken bones are fine as long as they aren't cooked.

I use imageshack. Upload it to that site and then link it to here. I'd say email it to me, but I am on my phone and to old to figure out how to do it from here

Saved some scraps for someone's dog and was told I need to cook them first. I said your dog eats its own shite, it'll be fine.
Feed mine as much raw shite as possible, as mentioned, it's what they were designed to eat.

I hope to god you aren't feeding a puppy EVO. I don't think it is supposed to get a strictly raw meat diet either.

Read the bag of EVO. It makes them grow too fast and they have joint problems(hip dysplasia, arthritis, etc). It strictly says don't feed to puppies.
