Rattle Snake by Wild Azalea Trail

My people live by the head of the wild azalea trail. This is the second, timber rattler I assume, that went a little over 6 ft killed with .5 mile of the trail so be mind full. 15 rattlers and a button.

that doesn't look like a timber rattler, it looks more like an eastern, especially if it is 6ft long

yeah, you probably right. I didnt know where this trail was, and seeing that it's near Alexandria I doubt it would be an eastern

I just hate to think that timbers get that big, since that's what we have here

No Easterns near there. It's a Canebrake, no question.

Were you the one who said there was an Eastern in Arkansas?

They get long, but if you ever see one next to a diamonback of same size, the difference is amazing. Heads are way different in size and the diamonbacks are much thicker. I've read it's a rabbit vs mouse/rat diet.
