Quad rail has 4 rails on it.
Bottom rail has spot for the handle on it, sides have a light and other side a laser, top has whatever.
It's been a while since I bought all that stuff so my verbiage may be off and I've sold it a while ago too.

I 2nd the Magpul MOE gear with added rails. It is a very quality product considering the cost and it looks sharp.
